James Collier Sparks - CEO, President and Board Member
Mr. Sparks has served as CEO and President of MDI, Inc. since July, 2004. Prior to that, he served as the Senior VP of the Company and as President of the Company's MDI business unit from January to July 2004. Mr. Sparks brings more than 20 years of security industry management experience to MDI Inc. At MDI, he has been responsible for the complete restructuring, diversification, development and business strategy of the Company. Prior to MDI, Mr. Sparks was a Senior Executive with Southern Steel Corporation, where he was responsible for establishing and building the electronics division to provide total integrated security and perimeter solutions to the correctional market. Under his leadership, the Company became the second largest corrections market integrator in the United States. During his career Mr. Sparks has held a variety of executive positions within the electronic security industry, including President of Oron Incorporated and President of Solico International, a video analysis and IP-based digital recording provider. He developed the first patented application for touch-screen technology in the corrections market in 1988.

Michael Sweet - Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer
Michael Sweet has served as the Senior Vice President - Chief Operating Officer since June 22, 2006. In January 2007, he was elected Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Sweet has over twenty-five years of senior management and executive experience, primarily in the physical security and electronic control systems industries. He has held key management positions as Vice President of Q.Pro, Inc., Vice President of Phelps Tointon, Inc., and President of Metroplex Control Systems.

Richard A. Larsen — Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary
Mr. Larsen has served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary since June 2004. Prior to that he served as Vice President, General Counsel, Assistant Secretary and Legal Consultant since 2002. Mr. Larsen has carried out executive legal duties as General Counsel for a long list of public and private companies including PepsiCo Foods International, Mostek Semiconductor, and Nu-kote Holdings, Inc. He holds a law degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio and an undergraduate degree from Earlham College in Richmond, Indiana.

Michael M. Garcia - Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Mr. Garcia serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for MDI, Inc. He joined the MDI Security Systems executive team as Vice President of Marketing in February 2005. Mr. Garcia brings over fifteen years of senior management experience to MDI with a track record of success in the sales and marketing of products, services and solutions for a variety of organizations, which extend from information technology start-ups to Fortune 500 retailers and global Pharmaceutical companies. He is responsible for the development and execution of all sales, marketing, branding and public relations programs at MDI Inc. For the five years prior to MDI, Mr. Garcia served in a broad range of executive capacities for SecureInfo Corporation, a leading provider of network security solutions for government and commercial enterprises, including Vice President of Sales, Marketing, Public Relations and Strategy. As a member of SecureInfo's executive team, Garcia assisted the company in launching three successful enterprise IT security products and landing one of the largest cybersecurity contracts ever awarded by a US Government Agency. During his tenure, revenues increased over 1,200 percent between 2001 and 2004 and the company became the 14th fastest growing private business in the country according to Inc. Magazine.

Tim Rohrbach - Vice President, CIO and CTO
Mr. Rohrbach comes to MDI with over 15 years of technology development and management experience. He has served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of the Company since January 1, 2004 and has been responsible for the Company's new enterprise product direction as well as the complete reorganization of the Company's IT infrastructure and Technical Support functions. Before joining MDI, Mr. Rohrbach was Vice President of Technology at Solico International, a video analysis and digital recording provider. Prior to that Mr. Rohrbach was the Executive in charge of application development for Southern Steel, the leader in providing total integrated security and perimeter systems to the correctional market. Prior to Southern Steel, Mr. Rohrbach started and managed various technical departments for Dell Computer Corporation during their inception and early growth phase. Mr. Rohrbach has also been a successful IT entrepreneur in the network engineering and design field, having founded, managed and sold a Texas-based computer network consulting business.
